If, in the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we’re more than happy to make things right. In fact, we’ll give you sixty days from the date of purchase to make up your mind! That’s a long time, but we want you to be happy.
At any time within the first sixty days of purchase, you are welcome to return your Mills Bag for a full refund (minus shipping and handling). We do ask that the bag be returned in the same condition it was sent to you – unused, unwashed and in A1 condition. At Mills, not only do we make products that last a lifetime, but customers and friends as well.
Lifetime Warranty:
Our Lifetime Warranty applies to normal bag use, and provides protection against defects in workmanship and seam integrity. We reserve the right to, at our discretion, repair or replace once it has been returned to us for evaluation. |
